Work Permit

Work permits provide authorization to a foreign national to work in Canada You can apply for a work permit through one of the various programs.

• Post Graduate Work Permit – After successful completion of college education from a designated college or institution, the applicant is eligible to get a minimum of one year of work permit or a maximum of 3 years.
• Closed work permit – You can apply for a closed work permit based on a positive LMIA. LMIA is a document issued to employers from Service Canada.
• Bridging Open Work Permit – Applicants who received a provincial nomination or applied for Permanent residence can apply to extend their work permit.
• Spousal Open Work Permit – Spouses of study permit & work permit holders can apply for an open work permit if they meet the other requirements.
