Express Entry Canada

Express Entry is an online system implemented by Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to manage permanent residency applications for Economic Immigration Programs. To be eligible to apply under Express Entry, you must meet the minimum eligibility requirements for one of the below listed 4 programs.

The Four Express Entry Programs

• Federal Skilled Worker
• Federal Skilled Trades
• Canadian Experience Class
• EE – Provincial Nominee Programs

How Express Entry Works

• Once you meet the requirements of one of the programs, the first step is to create an Express Entry profile which is ranked under the Comprehensive Ranking System. Your profile is given a score and placed in the Express Entry pool.

• The highest-ranked candidates in the pool are invited to apply for Permanent Residence

• All documents are required to be submitted online along with the application.

• Once your application is assessed successfully, you receive Confirmation of Permanent Residence and Permanent Resident Visa to land in Canada.
