Parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents can visit Canada for longer time periods with Super Visa. It’s a multiple entry visa which allows parents to remain in Canada for 2 years. The sponsor must meet the Minimum Necessary Income requirement for the recent tax year and purchase Canadian healthcare insurance of minimum $100,000 coverage for at least 1 year. The sponsor is required to financially support their parents/ grandparents.
